Greetings, what air compressor do you use? Wondering about your experience, which one you bought, and how portable they truly are.

    best,

I have the ARB twin compressor and it works great, with my Fasterflate 4 tire hose kit I can air up in just a few mins. As for portability mine is mounted under the hood behind my air box on a Hefty Fabworks aluminum mount so it's always with me, so I huess you would say it's very portable.

Just like the previous member, I also run the ARB. If you are serious about offroading then this will do well for you, if it is just occasional then you can go with many portable and much cheaper options.

If it’s just for occasional use, buy whatever they sell at Walmart or Home Depot or …

ARB is awesome but not at all necessary for most.

    Cheers

thank you Mike, I took your advice and bought a Milwaukee M18 that I can use in both cars. Hope to upgrade to the arb one day but bidenflation is kicking my butt these days.

I run the ARB single on board and it's awesome. Not as fast as the twin but gets the job done better than most portable compressors I've used.

I have a 25+ year old ARB portable. Works great except for the one time I tried to run it before attaching the hose. Apparently it'll shut off if you don't have a hose attached.

I probably should change the air filter or something at some point. I've never done any maintenance to it.

I’ve got a Viair 88? Used it a bunch, works great.
