99 4Runner Limited Central Door Locks

This is all about the Central Passenger Door Locking system.
Can anyone tell me for sure the exact components that I have on my 99 4runner Limited.
I have done a lot of reading on the subject, but there seems to be lack of information.

I have the remote door opening system, but I can't program new remotes.

On the 99....do I have a Body ECU located behind the Fuse panel in front of the driver's knees?
Does this ECU have all of the door locking and alarm system incorporated in it?
....Or....
Do I have a plug in relay somewhere that controls the door locking?

I have tried to program a remote door opener, but I am unable to get the door locks to cycle (unlock and re-lock) the required 5 cycles in 40 seconds..
It's almost as if the door locking system gets tired and can't finish 5 complete cycles.

When I try, the doors will unlock and re-lock (they are all acting the same) about 2 times and then the next cycle, they won't all cycle.
On the 4th and 5th cycle, only the driver's door will cycle (un-lock and lock), and sometimes it won't fully lock and unlock.

If I let it sit for about 30 seconds, the cycle will repeat.

All of the openers are acting exactly the same, so I don't think anything is wrong inside the doors.

It's not battery voltage because I added jumper cables off a good battery and nothing changed.

I think that the problem must be in the relay????....Body ECU???.
It almost like a relay coil or contacts are getting hot and causing a voltage drop to the locking motors.
When I cools off some, they work better...not OK...but better.

you have failing lock actuators, you can either replace them or call 3 friends and have them help you cylce the locks. It's difficult to get everyone in sync, but not impossible.
