My 2003 4 runner was jumped with the cables crossed. I had to override the transmission (press the override button under the access panel) to get it in gear. I limped the 4 runner home (8 miles) at five miles per hour. I replaced all the blown fuses under the hood (checked with V-meter not visual) & none were blown in the passenger compartment fuse box. It starts, still transmission is locked. No radio, heater, brake or stop lights. What is my step by step to troubleshoot this?
