5th gen front brake torque

2019 4runner SR5 .....2 Questions ....1. for the front caliper mounting bolts...I looked on the toyota tech site and it says 137 ft lbs, lots of other places say 91 ft lbs...I would tend to go with whats on the toyota site but thats a big difference and typos have been known to happen....what's the collective wisdom here say?

2. I accidentally took out two bolts by mistake (see pic) they were really tight, but I cant find the correct torque to put them back in....
