    2022 trd off road do I have to take the front skid plate all the way off or can I just hang it down to get to the oil filter housing? On 2.5" lift with 33" tires.

    It's easier to do the work if you just pull it off completely unless you lift high enough to let it swing down out of your way.

    leaving the skid dangling is the move if you’re oil changing on a lift. otherwise your squeezing in between the skid and tires to get to the filter.
