    Hello from Kansas, I am an ex-Jeep owner and just bought my first Toyota 4Runner, 2023 SR5. I’m unbelievably excited about this vehicle for the spaciousness it provides. I go camping about 20 times a year and bring a lot of gear, and the 4Runner has more space than any Jeep I’ve owned. I was also unaware that there was a 4Runner community like this, so it feels good to be a part of something. Can’t wait to slowly add mods and get outdoors with this thing!

    Welcome! It's funny, to me the 4Runner felt huge when I first got it, but whenever I'm loading up gear and a couple dogs, I always find myself thinking that I should have gotten a Suburban, lol.

    It's great for solo camping though, I have been sleeping in mine and it's super comfy.

    Going on my first solo camping trip with my lab where we're going to sleep inside the 4Runner, I'll see how that goes. Three nights in a few weeks, should be fun!

    Sounds awesome. I solo camp a lot. My previous vehicle was a Jeep Patriot and as long as it was warm weather camping we could Tetris-pack all our gear for a family of 5 without having to use our Thule roof rack. The 4Runner has way more space than the Jeep, pretty excited.
