2022 SR5 4runner

My husband recently had a heart transplant and I need to disable the passenger airbag. Unless I over looked it in the manual, I have not been able to find out how to. Please help!

^No switch for it from the factory. You can open up the dash and unplug the airbag detonator module, but it will keep a warning light on and throw a code for as long as you keep the modification active.

"Easiest" thing would be to have him sit in the rear seat.
