Frame Repair in Oregon

    2003 4runner
    I have a 2003 4th gen and have some rust. I have a least one section on the frame that will probably need to be replaced. Anyone have experience with safeTcap or other frame part replacements? Then the big question is what shops in Oregon will still do frame work? I live in Bend, but can take to Portland if needed.
