    Good afternoon everyone,

I have had a heck of a few weeks....

Began with a misfire so I replaced my fuel pump in hopes that would fix it. Drove ~50 mi down the road and things only got worse. Did a ton of diagnostics and brought it to a mechanic to find out my spark plug was loose and my coil melted into valves. Fast forward a day and my engine caught fire as my cross tube exploded. Ordered a new motor and of course it took 4 days longer than expected to ship. We specifically ordered it with the full wiring harness attached. The yard that sent it cut the harness right at the block! I tried to splice everything but it just wouldn't work, guessing the harness/ECU is fried. I ordered a new computer, and tried to work with the yard to have him send another harness but it's pulling teeth at best...so now I have been stuck 4 hours from home without a truck, for almost a month now [IMG]

Does anyone have a wiring harness for a 96, 4x4, AT 6cyl 3.4L? Preferably near Rifle/Western CO. Happy to pay a bit or trade parts from my old core. But I would prefer to save $$ as this debacle has cost me 5k+.

    Thank you

You probably won't get an uncut harness from a yard unless you go there and remove it yourself. It isn't worth it to pull an engine with an intact harness.
