Lots with more in the works
No idea what the beeping could be. Is it constant or does it come on go under certain conditions?

Whoever replaced the cam sensors for you should have cleared the codes. Yes, they need cleared because you won't know if the issue is actually fixed or not without clearing them.

Buy yourself an inexpensive code reader from Amazon or Walmart and clear the codes yourself.

I have had a scanner/ code reader for years. It was around $80. I can use it on my 1993 TransAm and my Duramax Pickup. The Dmax throws one glow plug code in the winter. It still starts fine and I can clear the code right away. Very handy. I put it on my new to me 4runner last night and found out it uses the same connector as GM. Mine came with a variety of plugs for different makes of vehicles.

Any other lights on? Check your brake system - constant beeping is one sign people have reported just before a brake failure.
