Vehicle location and remote start on Toyota app

I remember very clearly sales girl said it can be done on Toyota app. But I can't figure it out.
Help!

 

If you activate remote start on the headunit and pair it with your Toyota account, it’ll be right in the center of the screen between lock and unlock. If I am remembering correctly, not all trims have remote start. Vehicle location is just at the bottom of the main page….

 

I think only the Pro and Limited have remote start from the factory unless the dealer can add it afterward.

Edit: Unless your in Canada, then I have no idea since the trims don't lineup 100%.

 

Salesperson told me same bs and we spent 1/2 hour hour figuring out my ORP hanno such feature. Only JBL equipped and Limited have the option. I added plug and play remote start very easily in about 1 hr. Uses factory remote, but no Toyota app.


Bottom line, salespeople have no clue. You are on your own to research.
