    I'm heading to Colorado with my wife and my dog and I would like to get away from the crowds a bit without getting into any heavy off-roading. Forest service roads and light off-road is fine. My wife isn't really a fan of being jostled around much.

    Can any of you give me some ideas of day trip destinations near Beaver Creek?

    Any advice is appreciated... Thanks in advance,
