Tapping into 12v Power - looking for education

I didn't see a sub forum for electrical things. If there was one I apologize in advance for missing it and posting in the wrong place.

My concern is the USB ports on it. I don't have a cigarette lighter. Instead it has a Dual Power Port/Quick Charge Cable in that location (it's an add-on feature).
