Need a brand name

Can anyone tell me what brand this bumper is? Also, I have a 2021 TRD basic. Is there any bumper that is a direct bolt on or do you have to cut the bumper on all of them?

That bumper specifically was made by a company called pelfreybilt, which is no longer around. After scamming hundreds of customers out of thousands of dollars they closed their doors and hightailed it out leaving people high and dry.

I don't know of any other companies out there that make a full bolt on replacement bumper. Reason we don't is because the fitment and design aspect is horrible.
I've seen a lot of people over the years have issues with fitment on full bumper replacements.
Most offer a 3/4 bumper, keeping the OEM fit/ finish around the headlight area and keeping things nice and uniform.
