    Brand new, unmodified
    After being a Tacoma guy for the last 14 years, I finally scratched an itch I've had for a while and switched to the 4Runner. While the two trucks are very similar, I'm looking forward to learning the differences and how to best maintain and operate my new 4Runner - TRD Offroad Premium in Barcelona red. Like most modern 4wd owners, 95% of the driving I do is on pavement - when I go off pavement, I like to go to the Appalachians (GA, TN, NC) where there is something other than sand and mud.

    Same here, I have a 2014 Taco TRD with the 1GR FE V6. Liked it so much I added a T4R ORP and enjoy switching off between them, especially when I need to haul something in the bed of the Taco. Barcelona Red is an outstanding choice, one of my favorites. Welcome to the forum!
