    Hi all,
    I was wondering if anybody has tried to install GX460 wheel (late model) on a gen 5 4runner, and if there are any gotchas or it just can't happen. The specs say 18", 6X139.7, 20 mm offset. This is the one I am thinking about:

    Thanks in advance!

    No idea about the specs if it fits. But want to share a minor point. When you downgrade from your stock 17in wheel to an 18in wheel you are;
    - loosing some side wall
    - possibly increasing the weight of the wheel
    - theoretically reduces the cushion/ first level shock absorbing characteristic of a tire.

    ** To my eyes the stock SR5 wheel look much better than that Lexus wheel. If need to change I may be look at TRD ORP wheel if one looking for a wider wheel or a TRD Pro wheel for one looking for more offset (tires poke out look).

    Give it a shot. I would be surprised if it didn't fit.

    Hey,
    thanks for the feedback. FYI, my intent is to have two wheel sets: one with highway tires (these maybe), the other with offroad tires. I am just lookin at options.
