identifying wires from engine bay help

Good evening folks, I have almost fully completed the reassembly of my 4Runner's engine bay after a complete rebuild. I have been having electrical issues since I first tried turning the car over after the rebuild. I have been able to get myself to the point where the truck cranks but will not fire. I do not believe I have spark or even power at the alternator but while poking around to try to find something that may be causing this problem I located TWO connectors which were not connected to anything... They almost appear to be the same wires but I am not 100% sure. One of the connectors comes off of the wiring harness by the front drivers side of the battery, and the other comes off of the rear pass side of the battery near the fuse box. The truck ran perfectly fine before I tore it all apart and to the best of my ability it is back together the way it came apart. Any help is appreciated.

Wires appear to be BLUE and ORANGE and BLUE

 

The gray one's other end runs in front of the wiper reservoir and then underneath it. Cannot see where it goes, sorry. Still looking for the other one.

 

@trlhiker you are 100% correct, my mistake. Pretty sure both go to the reservoir... I completely forgot to install it back into the engine bay so it was just sitting in the back of the truck covered by a tarp... Thank you greatly for the help!
