I've got the set that took off mine if you're interested in buying them.

My wife has a back injury, so we needed to find a better way to get in and out of the 4Runner. I started looking for running boards / steps (no chrome), and found the black Tyger Auto Riders on Amazon ($161). Installation was simple. Just remove the stock 6 12mm bolts from the underside (wash under truck prior). Attach the 3 brackets with 13mm bolts in same holes. The center and rear brackets are the same. Attach the Tube Bar. Hand tighten at first, then Align and Tighten. I used Blue LockTite on the bolts, but it was probably not necessary. I can get my size 12 shoes onto the step and get in and out, using the step or not. I was going to paint the brackets, but they come with a pretty good coating. Wife Approved. Highly Recommended, plus the look pretty good on the blacked out Venture model.

    Looks good!
I wonder how they'll hold up in the long run after a few winters.

I just had my predator steps advertised on marketplace for a week and couldn’t get rid of them. Finally today someone offered me $300 which I thought was fair. I put on the OEM rock rails. 90% ornamental and 10% functional. They look pretty nice!

I took mine off, and I really like the way it looks without them.
But!!! I drove it to Texas from Kentucky, and my wife wound up with a big bruise on the back of her leg from having to climb in and out of it. So I may be putting a new set back on it soon.

I have a set like Mr Mike. I got them so my 82 yo Dad could get in and out. He is 5’9 so tall enough just more difficult to get in with arthritis etc.

If it was not for him I would have done something different. I tried the predators with him on a test drive and he about fell off. I am not a huge off-road and the appearance grew on me

I like the looks of my predators, but I kinda want to swap them out for running boards. The placement of the steps on the predators just isn't exactly where I want to step. Guess i'll have to keep an eye on the old FB marketplace.
