Famous 4Runner owners

There's a 4Runner at nearly every traffic light here in Southern California. There is bound to be a bunch of celebrities who have 4Runners (OK, maybe a Lexus GX460 too).

My first submission is Shelley Duvall. Behind all that crazy, she's got a solid car-buying philosophy.

 

I heard she went crazy after filming the Shining. Just like the characters in the film in real life.

Dr Oakly Yukon Vet drives a TRD Pro. She traded a Sequoia for it.

 

This is going to be a short thread. Celebrities drive Range Rovers or G-Wagens. A celebrity in a 4Runner is an aberration.

 

I can think of two well-known people who drive/drove 4Runners:

1. Jack Sock (professional tennis player) - He and his wife have a 4Runner. They were in my neck of the woods last year, and were driving around in it. Definitely was not a rental.

2. Lake Bell (actress) - We lived in the same dorm in college, on the same floor. One time, she was kind enough to drop me off at my mechanic so I could pick up the beater VW Golf that constantly gave me agita. This was in 1997, and her 4Runner seemed pretty new.

 

Vince Neal had one in the mid 2010s. He also has driven Suburbans (gave one to an employee who just had a child, a great gift).
