Lighting Suggestions for 02 4Runner

Morning all,

Looking to get a light bar for the top of my 02 4Runner. This would be my first light bar, and I am not sure what else I would need if I buy one. I would also like to find some lighting options that I could install under my front end. While I am not sure of the exact name it is a small light bar one can use with fog lights

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Doing some research on another 4Runner site, and saw my 3rd gen should fit a 40 inch curved one just fine.

However, not really looking to spend 400 on a bar. I wont be doing much off-roading, as I only have a 2WD truck.
