I've done a lot of searching and i haven't seen anyone with this issue yet. As the title says my drivers door will not open, I've removed the door panel with the door closed and check all the common things people have been talking about. All the rods are in place and functional, the door unlocks and locks just fine, but when you pull the handle from the inside or outside the door will not open. I'm guessing the latch has somehow broke or is stuck. What I need to know, is there a way to get the door open so i can remove and replace the latch?

Similar issue with my 96 except link detached from handle. Have not had time to explore any further yet.
