I’d say two strikes and your out. Maybe a sedan would be a better fit.

I’ll stick with SUVs. Easier to replace the wifey.

KDSS provides stiffer sway bars. Honestly, mine feels pretty sporty to me (for what it is) with KDSS and Bilsteins.

    Agreed!

I didn't find it harsh. I found it appropriate. :D

Get her a Highlander, or other crossover, if she can't drive an SUV without rolling it. :notsure:

    But, KDSS does help.

I’ve personally seen SUVs roll. Once in Sacramento an oncoming SUV hit the median, over corrected passenger, locked up the breaks and almost landed in my lap as it launched into the air landing in the oncoming lane. Had I not taken evasive action it would have killed us for sure.

I guess 3rd gens handle pretty well!

    Drive safe :burnrubber:

"Handling" is subjective. Own it for a bit and decide what you don't like and make the necessary changes. I for one didn't like the soft front suspension that exaggerated the "initial grab" on the front brakes causing, for me, a lot of dive. That's my experience, your's may vary. I also do a lot of offroading, so know what you intend to do w/ your vehicle and set some goals. They don't take much to push them in any direction you want. Of course you can go full bropocalypse, and slap every accessory you can find on it and use it to commute 10 miles to work fully kitted out to cross medians in traffic jams. I see guys driving around with light fetishes that rival the likes of Clark Griswold. I see guys that like 19" rims with 1" sidewalls and whatever A/T tire that fits. Some do just the basics. Pick your poison, and be happy. We're here to help :D. I'd try picking specific problems to solve to get better answers though. :) Remember, everything is a compromise. Welcome to the club.

I have a 2022 ORP W/KDSS. I have a 3” lift in the front and 2” in the back with Bilstein 5100s all around w/Michelin Defenders (285/70/17) on TRD Pro wheels. I feel like this is a good balance between on road handling and off road performance. That being said, I am not out climbing mountains with it but what I have done, it has performed well. I wish it had more power but it is what it is.

I have a limited with the XREAS and it is noticeable difference between the SR5(my parents have the SR5). I also added 22x9.5 wheels with 275 wide tires and it feels pretty planted now. Regularly do trips at 85mile/hr with no issues, we carry kayaks, bikes as well and so far so good. If you can overlook the chrome, or get it painted/wrapped should consider it.
