THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND THE VCS light on and wheel shakes at 60 MPH What does this usually mean.

You probably need a new gas gap. Current one may not be sealing correctly.

    I have a 4th gen and I'm on my 4th gas cap.

Lots of 5th gen steering wheels shake at 60 mph.

Take it to AutoZone or another car parts store and they will read the code to tell you what triggered check engine light.

As a first step I would take an OBD-II scanner and read the error code.
