What is this thing called, and how can I get it to stay in?

    Suspension: Dobinsons IMS Struts + Springs. 2.5" front and 2.0" rear Tires: 255/80/17 Toyo Open Country A/T3 E Load
    This little rubber stopper came loose, and I can’t get it to fit snug again. Any advice? Looks like there is some insulation type of stuff in there (?) that you probably don’t want getting wet.

    It's a drain plug. You got it upside down. It should just pop in.
