    Hey folks! Finally back in a Toyota again (after 2.5 years).
    Just picked up a 86 4runner SR5 that's bone stock. It's replacing my 92 pickup that I wrecked in Johnson Valley by finding a 2' tall rock behind a small creosote bush at about 60mph.
    Once built up enough this runner will get me back to working recovery and medical at So Cals desert races.
    Thanks for letting me in here and I hope I can pull my weight to help you all out more than I may seek it.

    Well...... It runs. As with any old stocker, it needs some love, but it gets me to work and back when I ask it to.
    The clock stopped at 251,XXX at who knows what point, but it has a rebuilt RE, so numbers are a shoulder shrug now.
    Things I know it needs next is a gas tank cleaning, new pump and sending unit (just to take that worry away), front cv's, and speedo fixed. Go from there.
