Intake mod for high clearance chop

    How’s it, I recently did a high clearance chop in the front, the intake is exposed as there is no lining anymore, does anybody know any good remedies to help keep water,dust,etc.. out? Thank you

    I'd add your own lining to the wheel well.

    I'm in the same boat. I plan on making something out of abs plastic and a plastic welder but that's a few weeks away.

    C4 fab makes hi-clearance bumper liners for the taco and I've heard the 4runner is in the works but isn't available yet. Even if it was, $550 is a steep price.

    Plastic welding would be a good route too, just don’t wanna add snorkel

    The welding kit I have came from Harbor Freight and was under $30 if I remember. Absolutely worth it
