    Hi everyone,

I picked up a 2013 Limited 4Runner a few weeks ago. I knew about the inverter and that you had to press the button to turn it on. Until this past weekend I hadn't had the need to use it. We were on a family trip and needed to charge cell phones. We plugged the charging brick into the back plug in and then I pressed the inverter button and got nothing. The lights on the button light up momentarily, then they go off. I've checked the 10A fuse underneath the steering wheel and it is good. I also checked the 80A fuse in the engine compartment and it is good. I'm not finding much information about the system on the internet and wanted to check here to see if anyone has had an issue like this.

    Thanks in advance!

^Did you try this with the engine running and the transmission in Park?

Yes, I did. The lights come on and then turn off.
