Just replaced rear wiper blade, but new one doesn’t have the same little attached piece as the original. Replacement seems to,work ok. Is this a problem? Doesn’t seem to be any way to detach the piece from the original.

You don't have the parking shoe? Now the wiper may drag on the window when you roll it. I bought OEM because the part store replacement shoe was cheap plastic and didn't fit well.

So that’s what it’s called. Hardly, if ever roll down the rear window, but thanks for a great answer.
If it gives me a problem, I’ll get an OEM wiper.
