2008 4Runner Right Rear Right Blinker Not Working Not Bulb

Guys,

As the title suggests, my rear right blinker is not working, this started out intermittently but is now fully gone. I've changed the bulb multiple times with no joy. The front blinker is fine but continues to blink quickly as if the bulb was out. Has anyone had this problem before and know what the problem is or could be? Everything else appears to be in good order.

 

Well if it helps. I swapped the bulbs in their sockets and it’s still the passenger blinker being out. Looks like the foam is starting to melt where the connectors meet.
