Been chasing a mysterious multiple misfire.

    replaced:
    plugs
    wires
    coils
    injectors
fuel pump and filter were also replaced in the past year

still runs very rough and flashing CEL. codes P0300 P0304 P0306.
any suggestions? I think my next step is compression check or possible fuel pressure regulator?

How did the plugs look after you removed them?

The plugs didn't look too bad, normal carbon buildup and normal ware, none looked especially worse than the others. And none were too wet.
