2006 SR5 4Runner

Sooo, let's try this again.... (first post in wrong location, apologies)

Replaced moonroof glass, all frigging 4 of the sliding guide rail covers were broken (they are flimsy and expensive). Now the dealership wants $240 to put them on. I tried and broke one. Have searched online for instructions and found this website. Hoping to see if anyone has a technique, trick, video, instructions... something to help me with this.
