When you pick it up, operate every knob, button and switch. Check the tire pressures with the TPWS display on the multi-information display (between the gauges.) If the tires don’t read ±32 psi, ask if the Pre-delivery Inspection was performed and ask to see the completed checklist. It should look something like THIS. If they can’t produce it, shake your head and say that not doing a proper pre-delivery inspection doesn’t inspire confidence in the dealership’s ability to service your vehicle properly.

When I took delivery of my truck the tire pressures were high and the parking brake had never been adjusted.

 

Oops. Now I have to figure out how to adjust the parking brake.

 

Same experience. When I drove my 21’ home, my tires were 50psi.

Congrats! I think I'm hearing you say you're adding the "Silver Bullet" to the family and already have the 23' ORP.

We're a two-4Runner family too. No regrets. Best decision we ever made. FJ40 Land Cruiser too - but that doesn't apply here, LOL!

Ok directly from Japan in record time. Order placed at the dealership May 15th and arrived June 21st. They honored the deal they made me even though my truck had an addition 1,000 miles and I think a smoking deal. Yes we are a 2 - 4Runner TRD ORP family. My wife's is Ice Cap and mine is Classic Silver Metallic. The only difference is mine has a sunroof.
