Heavy Shift from H4 to H2

    Driving yesterday and shifted from H4 to H2. I was going about 20mph on a straight and flat road, with shifter in 4D and it was not a smooth transition. First time I've ever felt sort a knock.

    180k miles and runs perfectly fine. Usual maintenance schedule followed closely.

    Anything I should inspect?

    Is it due for a transfer case fluid change anytime soon? Couldn't hurt to do it early and make sure there isn't anything shiny in the fluid. :notsure:

    I'd be surprised if there was really anything wrong, but you never know.
