Am I missing a driver's side front fender liner? Pic request please?

I hit a turkey a few months back and the body shop replaced my front bumper cover, drivers side fender along with the one piece wheel well liner.

For the life of me I can not remember if there was an additional shield or cover inboard of the large wheel well liner in front of the tire, that would essentially block access to the fog light on the drivers side. Here is a picture for reference of how it looks now, taken in front of the drivers side tire looking forward.

I am thinking there was not but I remembered folks going through the fender liner to change that front fog light bulb.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I can’t get a good perspective of what that is. Take a few more photos and back up a bit.

There is not much room but that is looking forward up into the driver's side of the bumper cover.

Essentially looking at the area where the arrow is pointing.

Not to hijack, but I just noticed that my piece of this is completely gone on the driver side. I'm going to have to get one of those flexible cutting board mats and piece something together:

An option if you don't want to fab a splash guard is these. I have a set ordered for better coverage than stock. They get good reviews high quality material.

I just added those last week or so, they are AWESOME! Way thicker than OEM and very sturdy.

Mine should be here by this weekend. I will post a before/after pic. The gaps that exist after suspension upgrade are bugging me.
