What is this worth today?

Hey everyone!

First time poster here trying to join the 3rd gen family!

The winner of the BaT auction below is now selling the truck locally near me.

1999 4x4 3.4 5-speed manual with a supercharger. The engine was rebuilt approximately 38k miles ago and the chassis is up to 210k. He paid $21,800 in March of 2021. Curious what all of you think this car might be worth / a fair price to pay today?

Not going to say what the current asking price is before I see some of your comments, I don't want to influence your opinions.

It’s worth whatever a buyer is willing to pay for it. Some people will pay through the nose for a low mileage example. For me, it’s probably worth about $10k and a cheeseburger.

That is an actual Highlander Edition 4Runner. Very rare. Maybe 15k if still in as great as shape as when bought.

 

It is easy enough to see what the comps are if you spend a few Google minutes. Just type in make model year and you will see what people all over are paying for them.
