My 4Runner has started making a high pitched sound whenever the key is in the "On" Position. I have attached a video. The sound goes away when the key is in the "ACC" Position. It's not the radio. I pulled the radio fuses and the noise remains.

    Thoughts?

What else you go on the radio?

The radio is connected to the car speakers. There are no Amps or Subwoofers. I included a picture of the stereo.
