New guy here. What did I do!?!

2023 4Runner. Glad to be back in a 4Runner! Had a 2020 Army green Pro, that I traded in for a 2020 Heritage Edition LC. Missed my 4Runner, for reasons I'll only understand. lol!! So I traded my LC 200 in on my Solar Octane.
Feels good. Thanks in advance for all the welcomes. And my flame suit is on, for those that would say it's the dumbest move ever.

Yes. . Traded. Guy at dealership said he worked there 11 years and this was the first time he (working there) owed money. Ha! They mailed me a check for 27k. It was fair.

I get it. I also recently traded in my 2016 TE for a 2023 Tundra, but then traded back in for a 2023 4R ORP.

In my case it wasn't the Tundra that I really wanted and my wife wanted the 4R back. I should be getting my 2023 Tundra Limited ORP this week...keeping the 4R this time around.

 

Yeah, it's the weirdest thing. Glad I'm not alone.

The 22/23 Tundras have so many issues, not to mention the cosmetic disaster that they turned out to be. Some like the design, but most Tundra owners do not.

When I send photos from my iPhone to my wife's Samsung, they are often blurred on her phone. Maybe you're seeing that? Because they're crisp here (I'm on desktop).

I don't know how/why anyone would trade a lc in on a 4runner.

I'd trade my 4runner for a lc anyway haha

 

I get it. That is exactly what I did. Thought I would never look back, but here I am. Maybe I'll get into the "quirks" of the LC compared to the 4Runner on a new post. But, Thatbassguy said it best.

 

My thoughts -

• If I were to take a long drive interstate with not much gas stations in between I would take the 4Runner.
• If I were to hit the trails I would take the 4Runner.
