    Morning.. :)

I need to remove Old Bushings from a set of Rear Trailing Arms so I can refurb and Powdercoat etc., but think it might be beyond my Toolbox..

Any suggestions/help on the correct Tool for the Job..?

Or should I just take them down to my Local Garage..??

I bought the Harbor Freight 20 ton press for cheap. It made short work on those to press the bushings out and back in.

It also came in handy for pressing ball joints in and out and will come in handy for wheel bearings.

Otherwise, pop into a mechanic and they will probably press them out for $40.

Edit: I also had a front end service kit that had various sized metal tubes for pressing parts on and off. That was an extra expense.
