2012 4runner Limited

I recently purchased a 2012 4Runner Limited. The cruise control is extremely erratic. I can set it a 60, and in no time it is up to 80 and then back down to 50. I took it to the dealer and they said the aftermarket radio was the problem, something about frequency interference. When the radio was disconnected, the cruise worked fine. I went to a car stereo shop and had a new stereo put in. The cruise is messing up again. I can't find any info on this happening to others or what the solution would be. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
