Replacing XREAS

Does anyone know where I can find the Bilstein B6 4600 shock set for my 2015 4Runner Ltd?
Looking to replace the XREAS system and not looking to lift.

I've learned that the 5100s are good but result in a significantly stiffer ride. I'm mostly a daily city driver but do some limited off roading

I can't find the 4600s anywhere. Any advice/assistance would be appreciated.

Majority of the discussion here is about the 5100s and others

 

If you want no lift etc, why don’t you get stock take off struts and shocks from a sr5 or trd off road? You can pick those up from free to 150 bucks. It’s what I did.

 

I agree. There are many good condition take off stock Tokico shocks.

I also think Bilstien5100 with 0 lift setting and stock springs should give a nice ride. Not too firm.

Haven't seen 4600s on 5th gens either. No idea what's the reason. Extra weight on the 5th gen not matching the valving? No idea about the reason.

I'm really not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to this so trying to learn what I can. I'm read and been told that the Bilstein 4600s would be a good ride, improved handling and reduce body roll and nose dive. I'd like to know more about what you've suggested.

 

I don't know about Bilstien4600 but my Ironman Foam Cell Pro shocks have these characteristics. My wife like the Ironman FCP's more than TRD Pro Fox shocks.

I have a lift to clear my larger 285/70R17 tires (which many disagree and say lift does nothing ). I have reduced the front from Ironman factory 2.5 lift setting to 2¹/⁴ front lift and rear I purchased 1.5in spring over the 2in spring come with the package.

Regardless of your ability to comprehend literal facts, spreading wrong info doesn’t help anyone.

 

Eibach makes a no lift replacement shock as well.

 

My vote is for Eibach also. You can get their Sport Truck shocks also for no lift. Some who've had both Bilstein & Eibach say the on road ride of Eibach is better.

 

I have have the 5100s that replaces failing Xreas. I don't feel the ride it particularly stiff. I don't think I would go with softer shock IMO.

It's looking like I'm gonna go with the 5100s. I thinks I've read the 5100s add a slight lift to the front of the car even at the 0 setting. I'm going to look into it some more but a slight lift wouldn't be a deal breaker.
