Howdy, I’m new so hopefully this is an appropriate place to post this question:

Need new springs for a 2019 TRD Pro with the fox suspension. And thinking about taking this opportunity to get some aftermarket springs that could lift the truck up a few extra inches while still keeping the OEM Fox suspension. Do you guys have any recommendations on which coils to get?

    Thanks in advance!

I installed the Eibach on my 2020 TRD Pro two years ago and I would do it again. Perfect Fit and Yes you do get some lift with them like 1.6 inch to the front and 1 inch in the back and that is max to go with original Fox suspension vary noticeable ride change and somewhat stiffer but handles well on a lot of off road (Not Rock crawling) with ease. I did the Pro Lift Kit and Below is the 2019 Pro lift kit.

Had the Eibach springs put on my ‘22 Pro today and loving them already. The slight lift (1.4” in front on years 22+ and 1” in the rear) makes for a better looking stance and they handle really well on pavement. I can’t wait to get off-road again with them. It’s a mild lift and keeps the Fox struts… highly recommended.

Definitely noticeable height difference and I feel like it is how the pro should of came from toyota. They ride a little stiffer than the stock springs but feel better. The 4runner doesn't feel as "wobbly" and around corners feels flatter instead of leaning. Well worth the price and effort of installing.
