What is this? It’s located near the fuse box near the driver’s left foot. Could I use it to power after market seat heaters? I’ve got a 2023 sr5. Many thanks for your help!

Yeah. Pretty sure you have a harness in your glove box that connects to that to simplify installation of an aftermarket trailer-brake controller.
