Issues with Sony XAV-W65OBT

    2000 SR5 3.4 2007 Limited 4.7
    Just purchased an 07 4R limited. Purchased off a lot so I have no previous info on the vehicle. Came with a Sony XAV-W65OBT stero installed. I noticed the vehicle does have a back up camera above the license plate. When I select “back up camera “ on the stereo screen it reads “no video signal” also none of my steering wheel controls for the stereo are working. Could the stereo have been installed incorrectly causing this issue?

    Yup. Likely you will need to pull it out, clean up the wiring job and add a SWC harness.

    You should also have a working AUX jack and an added USB stereo interface. If not restore/add that while you are at it.
