Maplight console

This is a followup post on my 2021 4runner driver's side maplight not fully clicking and light will not stay on but w
Hen I hold button half way it works I took consoledown and exchanged bulbs with other still same result. Anyideas.

 

Others can chime in, but that description sounds like the push in holder is broke and not engaging the push button switch

 

I too second to inspect the switch assembly. I am uncertain if it is sold as an assembly or separately.

 

If you’re still under warranty, I’d have the dealer fix it.

 

It was bought as a certified car it originally worked but not now
