Ultragauge not powering up when plugged in '99 Runner

For some reason my Ultragauge isn't powering up. I tested it on another vehicle and it works. I checked all the fuses in the Runner and none of them are blown. the OBD2 plug itself looks to be in good condition. I emailed support and they recommended checking pin 16 with a multimeter as that should be supplying power. Haven't had a chance to do that yet but probably will tonight.

• If that's getting power, what other things could I check?
• Anyone else have this problem?

 

Never mind... I'm a dumbass and didn't check every fuse well enough. Ended up being the OBD fuse under the hood.
