2013 4Runner

Hey all,

I'm hoping that someone here can help me out. I've been having electrical issues between my 2013 4Runner and my trailers. I've verified with other vehicles that the trailers are working correctly so the issue is definitely with the 4Runner.

My dealer has recommended replacing p/n 82169-0W020 "Wire Frame No. 3." but can't guarantee anything. I've googled the part number but can't seem to get any more information. Would anyone here have any insight?
