Can anyone tell me if youre able to install an actual stereo with one of these? Am I able to add an amplifier or amplifiers without tapping into the speaker wire for a sub signal? I dont have the premium sound and was curious and they have RCA outputs to run an amp or amps.

T9/10 V2 and V3 have Front L/R RCA outputs and a separate sub RCA only. If you want 5 discreet channels, you will have to tap the speaker leads and sub RCA.

So I get left and right, but not front and rear left and right... Thats seems okay. So I can run a speaker amp too then just wont be 5.1 itll be 2.1 only the 2 will have 4 speakers?

You could run the rear channel off the headunit and then just go 2.1 from an amp for the fronts and sub. Using a 5channel amp would allow you to run a set of 2-way components up front in active mode off the four channels or pump up the power in bridged mode. This setup would still give you some fader control for the rears.

For the install, you can leave all OEM speaker wire in place. Then just use the RCAs for a full signal to the amp and run new speaker leads to the front stage....then you can disconnect the speaker leads from the headunit and swap with the speaker leads from the amp.....super simple wiring config and the OEM harness if left unmolested. All can be fully reversed.
