I am at a point of replacing my transmission as It keeps jerking and having issues upon acceleration. 2 months ago toyota diagnosed it bad, and another shop thought it was fine because the issue is intermittent.

I bought the car from a used car lot and it had warranty on it, and the transmission is covered under a $100 deductible. Should I just go ahead with the LKQ swap? I am at a loss and don't know what is in my best interest.

I will have to pay partial labor costs on the transmission though. Any thoughts? What is the likelihood the v8 AWD trans is even bad?
