Yellow Fog Lights

I recently purchased a ‘21 T4R and it came with yellow fog lights. I understand that yellow cuts through fog better etc. but I don’t want yellow lights. Am I going to be on the hook for brand new fog lights or is there a clear lens I can buy to replace them existing yellow.

 

Depends on the make. They're not OEM, or at the very least they are and there's amber film you can peel off.

 

I too think its just a yellow tint. Should be able to remove. I didn't have issues with white lights in fog as well.

If you are looking for new I bought a set looks identical to TRD Pro fog lights around 50 bucks on Amazon. Its still new and hasn't tested to my liking before recommending to someone.

So yes there's clear lenses you can buy instead of all new fog housing, or OEM replacement bezels that come with clear lens. But I bet they're not yellow lenses tho, and just fog light tint films, similar to Lamin-X brand. Remove the same way they go on:

How do I remove the film from my lights? To remove the film, we recommend warming it with a heat gun, hair dryer, or simply by parking the car in the sunlight on a warm day. While the film is warm, slowly peel the film from the lens surface. Any adhesive that may be left on the lens can be removed with a cleaner that is safe for use on your vehicle's exterior.
