    Hello,

Sorry I realized my initial post wasn't very clear so I just edited it. I ordered parts to convert the cargo to flat (non sliding tray). So right now the sliding cargo tray is still installed. Tracking shows it should be arriving today actually so I will try to do the whole conversion this weekend, if not next weekend for sure! Will take pics of it before uninstall, as well as the parts uninstalled.

$600 picked up in Fremont, Bay Area California! There are some scratches on the front plastic handle part but everything else looks new. Carpet and brackets are all like new.

Has anyone found a solution for dicking up the bolt threads when drilling the holes?

do you mind telling us what you purchased to make this happen and where? Looking to do the same thing in my 2018 4Runner.

I will be selling mine. No shipping unless at owners expense. Prefer local pick up - Tampa Bay Area…

Yeah definitely. Credit goes to another user on a toyota-4runner.org. It would have taken me who knows how long to find all the part numbers:

    (2) 58249-60020; BRACKET, CENTER FLOOR BOARD SUPPORT $20.37 ea.
    * You can reuse the two bolts per bracket from the brackets you are swapping. They are the same part numbers.
    (2) 64721-60010-C0; COVER, LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT $37.21 ea. (these are the cargo D rings)
    (1) 58401-35061-C3; BOARD SUB-ASSY, RR FRONT $232.24 (this replaces the storage cubby with the sloped floor behind the rear seat)
    (1) 58579-35021; PAD, RR FLOOR $248.22
    (1) 58570-35150-C5; CARPET ASSY, RR FLOOR $482.42

These are the exact parts I ordered. Shipping is expensive on the carpet, so if you are able to pick it up from a seller, that would save you a lot. I ended up finding everything used on ebay and it cost me about $600 total including shipping costs.

I am looking to buy a sliding cargo tray. I live in Midwest in Wichita, KS. I will pay shipping to get here. Want one in good condition as mine is a new 2023.
